FAQ
A: No, everything works with the standard mobile browsers on any modern iOS and Android device. And in case you open the AR view of a CLDXR® project on a desktop computer, you will be automatically presented a QR code to transfer it over to your mobile device.
A: There are several options: In case you have existing CAD files (like STEP), they can be converted into 3D models (GLB/gLTF/USDZ) for CLDXR®. If you need help with that please feel free to get in touch with us. Even if you only have pictures of your products, it's still possible to create a 3D model from those. Also with this we are happy to help.
A: Of course! Unlike most other platforms, we can offer you a dedicated, personal account manager. All you have to do is send us your CAD files and we do all the rest. It will require an Enterprise account (and an NDA), we are happy to discuss everything in detail in a personal call.
